We cannot guarantee placement. Our goal is to match the candidate with the specific needs of the employer. However, the final hiring decisions are made solely by the employer. They communicate their decisions to us, and we then convey them to the applicants. If all certifications, work experience, and legal requirements are met, the company usually moves forward with hiring the candidate.
We do not charge a placement fee. Instead, we collect documentation, processing, and relocation fees that are for the benefit of the employees. Additionally, a reasonable professional services fee is invoiced or charged to the applicant once the work permit and visa documents are approved.
1. The visa type D is issued by the relevant consulate of the country where the employment company is based for all European countries. This visa entitles the candidate to legally work in that country for the employment company as per the visa length. This visa is not issued for longer than one year.
